Black Tea Selections
We include some of the finest quality teas from Assam, Darjeeling, and Nilgiri regions in the blending of our Black tea options. The Assam region produces leaves which make for a stunning cuppa, with notes of malt. The Darjeeling leaf yields teas which are smooth and with a hint of muscatel. While the Nilgiri leaf promises a flavor which is bold, brisk, and very balanced.

Green Tea Selections
Our bold and distinctive taste profiles come from the use of WHOLE TEA LEAVES in our options. Each leaf is infused with the naturally occurring oils of whole botanicals to ensure no bitterness or aftertaste, even with prolonged steeping. We include teas from Japan, China, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan from sources we have proudly traded with since 2005.
rooibos tea selections
Rooibos is not a part of the actual tea plant. It is an herbal bush grown in South Africa. The Rooibos plant is NATURALLY CAFFEINE-FREE and has a sweet, nutty taste profile. We offer a "Green" Rooibos and a traditional "Red" Rooibos. The Green Rooibos allows for a cup of tea which is more verdant and similar to the taste of a Green Tea option.
CHAI tea selections
Since 2005 Green Alchemy Herb & Mercantile Co. has been recognized as a superior blender of unique Chai options. We focus our attention on creating bold and memorable flavors. we do this by scouring the globe for "family recipes" which showcase the best flavors a particular region has to offer. We go beyond the expected and incorporate thoughtful combinations of teas and bold botanicals in our blending. In 2020 we trademarked the only American Chai in the United States, our Original AMERICAN CHAI.
