One of the most ancient of botanicals, the plant grows wild in Greece with the most prized leaves sourced from the highest ledges of Mount Olympus. It's origin dates back to Hippocrates who used it to treat and balance the body and focus the mind of warriors.

Today, scientific studies credit the daily inclusion of sideritis in a wellness regime with:
